The digital humidity sensor series SHT3x takes sensor technology to a new level and, as the successor to the successful SHT2x series, sets the industry standard in humidity sensors. The series consists of an inexpensive version (humidity sensor SHT30), a standard version (humidity sensor SHT31) and a premium version (humidity sensor SHT35). The SHT3x series combines a variety of functions and a wide range of interfaces (I²C, voltage output) with a user-friendly, very wide operating voltage range (2.15 to 5.5 V). The sensors of the SHT3x series are available both in large volumes and in small quantities.

The SHT3x is based on a completely new and optimized CMOSens® chip, which enables improved reliability and accuracy. In addition, the humidity sensor SHT3x offers additional functionalities such as improved signal processing, two different and user-definable I2C addresses, an alarm function with programmable humidity and temperature limits, and communication speeds of up to 1 MHz.
